Eccles, Julie

Julie Eccles

Julie A. Eccles was born on July 25, 1962 in San Jose, CA., but was raised in the North of England. Her family moved back to San Jose, CA in 1972.

Eccles attended Lynbrooke High School, in San Jose, CA., then attended U.C. Davis where she earned a B.A. in Theatre Arts. She returned to England to do her post graduate work at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and stayed for six years, returning to the Bay Area in 1990.

In the mid to late 90s, Eccles married Craig Benson (a restoration ecologist and an actor) and switched from a full-time actress to a full-time mother - they have two children. She returns to acting during the summers.
